A Pharmacist from FHP Pharmacy Services will be onsite for the first med pass on the initial start date. Thereafter, a FHP Pharmacy Representative will be available to assist you with checking in your cycle fill. A consulting pharmacist is available for chart reviews on an as needed basis. A pharmacist is on call 24/7 with emergency deliveries. FHP Pharmacy Services handles emergency needs through our pharmacist on call; however, we arrange a contact with backup pharmacies for the immediate need.

When a resident is going away for a few days or weeks, FHP Pharmacy Services, if notified in advance, will package the resident medications for their time away from the facility. If the resident works at a workshop daily, or participates in another activity that takes them away from the facility on a daily basis we will package the medications for that individual.

FHP Pharmacy Services delivers medications on a daily basis.

A family night is provided to each facility if recommended. FHP Pharmacy Services hosts a family and resident presentation, with a pharmacist or two on site to answer any questions regarding our pharmacy services, Medicare Part D Information, billing questions, over the counter drugs, etc.
